What is STREAMIO?
STREAMIO is a premium streaming player for Smart TVs, smartphones, tablets and computers. You bring your own playlist (or your provider's credentials), STREAMIO handles the rest with a beautiful, fast, universal interface.
Does STREAMIO include any content?
No. STREAMIO is a player only — it does not provide, sell or distribute any TV channel, movie or series. You bring your own playlist URL or service credentials. We are not responsible for the content you choose to load. STREAMIO is a tool, much like a video player.
What playlists are supported?
STREAMIO supports M3U / M3U8 playlists and Xtream Codes API credentials — the two most common formats used by streaming providers worldwide.
How do I activate STREAMIO?
After installation, the app shows your unique Device ID. Visit your account portal, log in with this Device ID, add your playlist URL or credentials, and your app picks them up automatically.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new device gets a 7-day free trial with full features, no credit card required. After the trial, you can activate a lifetime license for that device.
How much does it cost?
STREAMIO is a one-time payment of €19.99 per device, lifetime — no subscription, no recurring fee, no surprise. Each device is licensed independently with its own Device ID.
Can I use STREAMIO on multiple devices?
Each device is licensed individually with its own Device ID. You can buy as many licenses as you want and activate the same playlist on all of them.
Does STREAMIO collect my data?
We collect only what's strictly necessary: your Device ID and the playlist URL you choose to associate. We do not log what you watch, when, or how long. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
A channel won't play. What can I do?
Most playback issues come from the playlist provider, not the player. Try (1) restarting the app, (2) testing the same channel in another player like VLC to confirm the source works, (3) checking your internet speed (5+ Mbps recommended for HD). If a specific channel works in VLC but not in STREAMIO, please write us with the Device ID and channel name.
Do I need to install anything else?
No. STREAMIO is a single, self-contained app. No external player, no plugins, no extra setup.
How can I change my playlist?
Log back into your account portal with your Device ID, replace the playlist URL, and restart the app. The new playlist loads instantly.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If STREAMIO doesn't work for you within 7 days of purchase, we'll refund in full. See our Refund Policy.
